Within 48 hours of delivery, please inspect the product(s) to make sure nothing is physically wrong with it.
If any item is damaged in the shipping process, please email sales@megapoker.co.za and let us know immediately. Our couriers will return, document the damage, and send the products back to us at no cost to you. We will then send you a replacement of the damaged product(s). PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST!
If you purchased a table that came by truck, please inspect the table for shipping damage while the delivery persons are still there. If the table is damaged, please let them know immediately. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it to us and we will happily EXCHANGE it for any other product. NO REFUNDS will be entertained.
NO REFUNDS will be done once we have received payment. The customer is most welcome to change their order if unhappy with the original order.
We Reserve the Right to substitute any item advertised with a same valued item, due to stock movement chip colours and case colours may vary from colours advertised.
