Placing an order Select a product that you would like to purchase. Click on the ADD TO SHOPPING LIST button. You'll then be taken to the Shopping List page. If you want to add more products to your shopping list, then continue browsing using the product categories on the left. To go back to your Shopping List, click on the SHOPPING LIST button above the product categories. To complete your order, enter your details (name, contact number, delivery address, etc) on the Shopping List page and click on the SUBMIT THIS ORDER button.
Making payment A proforma invoice will automatically be sent to your email address with banking details. Please make payment via EFT / bank deposit and once we've received proof of payment or the funds are reflecting in our bank account (whichever happens first), your order will be dispatched the same day (if before 1PM).
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
For orders over R500 Joburg and Pretoria - next working day Durban and Cape Town - 2 working days Outlying areas - 3-5 working days
Please make sure somebody will be at the delivery address during working hours to accept the delivery.
For orders under R500 Orders will be dispatched by post: 5 - 7 working days
DO I HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Absolutely, we guarantee all our products according to the CPA guidelines, so this means you have a 6 month warranty on all our products.
If there is a problem, simply bring the product in for repair or replacement and we will help you with a smile. Alternatively, contact us on our website and we will arrange for collection of the product.
WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT'S NOT EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR?
No problem, simply return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging so that we can resell it, and we can offer you an exchange or refund.
If we need to collect the product, we will have to charge you shipping costs … sorry!
